Civil Litigation

Our Civil Litigation team comprises John Partington, Elizabeth Emmington, Alison Stace and Tracey Powell. They are fully supported by two Legal Secretaries, Linda Jones and Joan Woodfinden. The breadth of knowledge within the team means that it is able to deal with a wide range of issues and has broad experience in acting for both commercial and private clients.

Such experience within our Civil Litigation team means it is able to move cases forward in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. We offer a friendly, professional and conscientious service. All of our advisers have extensive Court experience. We will utilise mediation or arbitration where it is likely to be in your interests.

We have a Social Welfare Contract with the Legal Services Commission which allows us to provide advice and assistance in Housing and Debt to include Court representation subject to means testing. We are able to assist clients funded publicly under the Legal Help and Help at Court Scheme.

Our dedicated team is able to assist you with a range of issues including disputes over land or goods, issues relating to trusts and beneficial interest in land, rights of way, easements and boundaries. Our team undertakes all aspects of agency work to include attendances at Court. We are also able to assist you with other services including:
